Situated between Kanlıca and Çubuklu, this waterfront residence was commissioned by the Governor of Tripoli, Rasim Paşa in the late 19^th century, and was sold by his heirs to İstanbul Municipality after his death. The foundation prepared for touristic use the relief drawings as well as restoration projects of the structure, the usufruct of which was granted to the Ministry of Tourism by the Municipality.
