Located on the coastal road between Eminönü and Kumkapı, the building had been used as a Tourism Vocational School under the Ministry of Tourism. Detailed relief drawings documenting the existing state of the structure were prepared and preliminary project work was carried out regarding its use as an “Applied Culinary Institute.”
