Situated by the Beylerbeyi Mosque, the 19^th-century structure survived to date well maintained and was appropriated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to be used for tourism purposes with the relief drawings created by TAÇ Foundation, and renovation work started to convert it to a premium lodging and public tearoom. Landscaping was also redone with a view to utilizing it for cultural functions.
