He was born in Balıkesir in 1981. In 2004, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, KTÜ. In 2008, he completed his master's degree in Architecture at ITU Faculty of Architecture Computer Engineering. In 2004, he started to work as a Control Engineer at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Directorate of Construction Works. In 2009, he was appointed as Control Engineer in the Infrastructure Services Department and as Chief Controller in the Infrastructure Projects Directorate. During this time he participated in various national and international architectural project competitions and received various awards. Tok, who was appointed as the Manager of Superstructure Projects on November 2014, was appointed as the Manager of the Cultural Assets Department on August 2015. He is married and speaks English.
